FOREIGN MEMBERS

Any firm or company established outside India whether incorporated or not, interested in supply of raw materials and other inputs, technology/consultancy services, machinery and equipments to the electric arc furnace industry or alternative routes of making steel and any firm or company established outside India whether incorporated or not, being downstream users of steel shall be eligible for Foreign Membership of the Association if the Executive Council in its discretion admits such firm or company, as a Foreign Member.

A Foreign Member will not be eligible to exercise any voting rights at the meetings of the Association nor will he be eligible for being elected as Chairman, Vice Chairman or a member of the Executive Council.
