ORDINARY MEMBERS

Any individual, firm, company or corporation owning and/or operating an electric arc furnace or any other furnace, the owners or operators or managers of which have interests similar to those of electric arc furnace owners/operators shall be eligible for membership of the Association, if the Executive Council in its discretion admits such individual, firm, company or corporation as a member.

Provided, however, that any individual, firm, company, or corporation who is a member of the Association can continue to be a member, notwithstanding his ceasing to own or operate an electric arc furnace, if he elects to continue his membership, and on the Executive Council approving his continuance of membership.
